Property Alerts
By default, these are generated overnight and contain all properties which BOTH match that contact's requirements AND have either been made Available or had their Price change in the last 24 hours.
By default, this can come from the company email or the contacts' primary owner.
Please note that the alert is triggered for listings even if they have been in the "Available" status before.
When first entering a contact with requirements; it is recommended to manually send a Property Match Newsletter to include matched properties, as overnight they will only receive properties that as mentioned above have either been made Available or had their Price change in the last 24 hours.
Price Requirement Component
Property Alerts are also triggered when listings have their price updated, and the updated price falls within the price range requirement of a contact. e.g. if the listing was $500,000 but is then reduced to $400,000 and a contact has a price range requirement of $350,000 to $450,000 this will trigger a property alert.
However if a listing price is updated out of a price range, a property alert will not trigger. e.g. if a listing price increases to $550,000 from $500,000 and a contacts price range requirement was set at $490,000 to $525,000 then the contact will not receive a property alert for the price increase, as the price now falls outside their requirements.
