Property Card Tabs
- Overview: The Overview of the listing, including first creat and last modified dates at the bottom of the tab.
- General: Main Property information e.g. Category, Type, Address, Status, etc. At the base of the General tab, you also have the Portal Exports.
- For Sale/Lease: In this tab, you can enter the pricing information, key dates to the listing such as the agency expiry dates, and internal information, such as rates and outgoings.
- Features: This is where you can add/edit the property description, headline, bed, bath car, features etc. This information is exported to the portals and your website.
- OFI: This is where you can add open inspection dates and times which will appear on your website and the relevant portals. You can also view previous open inspections and add inspection attendees. While we encourage the Agentbox App is used for best practice of recording inspection attendees, you can also add them on this tab too.
- Agents & Contacts: This is where you can link the related agents and contacts to the property, such as the Vendor or Landlord.
Note: For reporting and commissions it is important that all related agents are assigned to the property. The Selected Agent box should contain an Appraisal Agent, Listing Agent, Selling Agent, and any referral agents by the end of the sales process.
- Resources: This is where you can upload your images and floor plans. You can also add links, such as Youtube videos and Virtual tours. Within Documents, you can enter your Contracts, Agreements, and Statement of Information (Victoria clients only). You can also include/review your Appraisal information in relation to this listing.
- Offers/Contracts: This tab is used to update your listing to Conditional, Unconditional, and all the way to Settled. This is where you log an offer, accept an offer, convert into a contract, and then eventually settle the property via the Sales Process. This tab is not activated for Rental Properties however it can be activated for Commercial Leases. Master users can complete a Client Change Request form to request this feature.
- Commission: Master users can complete the property commission data once the property status is changed to Exchanged/Under Contract. This tab is not activated for Rental Properties however it can be activated for Commercial Leases. Master users can complete a Client Change Request form to request this feature.
