Property Features
*Note: Only Master Users can access this configuration location.
When you create a property you are able to assign features to a property e.g. Lifts, Pool, Air Conditioning. Here you can specify what features agents are able to select from.
You can also specify which features can be selected for each property type e.g. for Commercial Listings you can select 'Grease Trap' however you may like to have that disabled as an option for Residential listings.
*Note: You are not able to create NEW property Features. If you would like new features please submit via the Client Change Request form.
1. Click My Office on the main menu.
2. Click Edit Details on the left panel.
3. Click the System Configuration tab.

4. Select Property Features from the Configuration Option drop-down.
5. Tick the Restrict Property Features by Property Type check-box.
6. Proceed to select the Property type (Residential, Commercial, Rural, Business or Holiday) and tick the specific features you would like to appear when the property type is selected.
7. Click Save once you are happy with your configuration.
