Prospector - Properties Under Management Integration


 

This article will provide you with an overview of the Properties Under Management integration in the Prospector module with Reapit PM.

 

The Properties Under Management (PUM) integration in the Prospector module with Reapit PM enables users to refine their client engagement and prospecting strategies by managing the focus on properties under management. 

 

This integration can be activated by visiting the Marketplace within Reapit PM.

1. To access Prospector in Agentbox, navigate to the taskbar and select the Prospector properties tab, then click on In Database.

  • Next, open the Property Relationship Filters dropdown, select the desired Properties Under Management option, and click Search.

Note: This integration introduces a 'Properties Under Management' filter in the left-hand panel, which is set to 'Include' by default but allows users to adjust it to 'Exclude' or 'Show Only' for a more targeted approach.

 

2. In the map view, users will find an 'Include PUMs' toggle and an 'Under Management Only' checkbox in the legend. These enhance control over the properties displayed, based on the search parameters of the panel.

 

3. Furthermore, each property card—both in the list and on the map—displays an 'Under Management' label along with the Property Manager’s name. This labeling supports enhanced communication and collaboration between sales and property management teams, facilitating more effective prospecting.

Q: Who can view if a property is under management?
A: Existing rules for accessing and viewing prospect properties still apply; no new permissions or restrictions have been introduced. The ‘Under Management’ label will appear on any matched property identified through the integration.

 

Q: How often does the integration check for new properties under management?
A: Agentbox automatically checks for new properties under management every 15 minutes and removes the label from properties that are no longer under management.

 

Q: Are new properties created if they don’t already exist in Agentbox?
A: No, the integration only checks existing prospect properties in Agentbox. No new properties are created or imported.

 

Q: Is this integration available to all Agentbox customers?
A: The integration is available to all Agentbox Premium customers.
