The Prospective Vendor Activity notification alerts agents when a prospective vendor attends an open home, indicating a heightened intent to sell.
To receive this notification, the agent must have conducted a [For Sale] appraisal with the contact within the 12 months prior to the inspection check-in. Upon receiving the notification, the following message will display.
The agent can then tap the notification to open the related contact card.
A follow-up task will also be created, due in 48 hours, with the key details included to prompt the agent to make a phone call.
To enable this feature :
1. Navigate to the three dots (more).
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Notifications.
4. Enable Prospective Vendor Activity.
Note: Users are also required to allow notifications from the Reapit Sales App via their device.
