Quick Add Prospect or Appraisal
1. In the top right-hand corner of the header click the Quick Add button
2. Select Add Prospect/Appraisal, which will prompt you to add a Prospect Property.
3. Property, Features, and History Details.
Enter the Property Address, Features, and History.
Note: red asterisks * indicate a mandatory field to complete.
4. Owner details.
If known, add the Owner to the Prospect Property. You can search for the owner if they are already in your database or you can also create a new contact here.

Assignment contact class categories for owners:
- Owner Occupier: If the owner is occupying the address.
- Owner Absentee: If the owner is currently not living within the property, for example, if the property is being leased.
- Owner: If you are unsure, you can simply assign as owner.
*Note: You should only ever assign these contact classes on a Prospect Property record.
5. Next Step details.
Complete the next step if applicable, this is where you can create the Prospect as an Appraisal, book an Appointment, or log a Note/Follow Up.

6. Assign to details.
You will also need to assign this to a staff member.

7. Select your preferred Save option.
- Save & Close: This will simply save and close the record.
- Save & View Property: This will save, and then open the Prospect Property record.
- Save & View Contact: This will save, and then open the Contact record.
- Save & View Appraisal: This will save, and then open the Appraisal record. Note this will only appear once you have assigned 'Appraisal', in the Next Step section.
- Save & Add Another: This will save, and then let you add another Prospect record.
- Save & Apply an Activity Schedule: This will save, and then you can Apply an Activity Schedule to the record.
