Reapit Connect - MFA Administration 

 

*Note: Master users and users with Manage Staff Member permissions have access to the Admin section in the MFA UI. 

 

1. If the master user belongs to multiple instances, the user can manage MFA for a specific office by selecting the Organisation Dropdown which will be available in the admin page.

 

 

2.  When MFA is set up, it will ask for the authenticator code when logging into the CRM/Reapit Connect

 

 

Note: Users cannot change passwords in Agentbox but can change email from the staff card.
