Reapit Sales is Getting a Major Visual Refresh

We’re rolling out a fresh new look to Reapit Sales - bringing a cleaner, more intuitive experience to the platform, aligned with the broader Reapit suite.

October/November 2025: Introducing the New Navigation Experience

The new navigation experience will be progressively released throughout August and September 2025.

This marks the first phase of our visual refresh - setting the foundation for a more modern, connected CRM that makes it easier to work, train, and scale across your team.

What to Expect

• Cleaner Interface
  Find what you need faster, with a simplified, distraction-free design.

• System Switcher
  Quickly switch between Reapit Sales systems you have access to, all from the top navigation.

• Subdomains Retired
  Log in via app.sales.reapit.com.au. No action needed - existing bookmarks will automatically redirect once your system is upgraded to the new navigation.
  Need to reference your system when speaking to us? You’ll find your System ID and Subdomain (still used for Mobile App login) in the Help menu.
  Tried logging in early via app.sales.reapit.com.au? You might see: “Sorry, this system isn’t available right now.” That just means your system hasn’t been upgraded yet - hang tight, you’ll be redirected automatically once your system is switched over.

     The training portal is now one click away — no login required, and all courses are free.

About Training Content

As we phase in the new look, some screens may differ from what’s shown in existing training materials. That’s expected - we’re updating core areas of the platform, including training content, in stages. Refer back to this page for the latest updates as new experiences roll out.
