Reapit Verify
This article covers how to initiate, manage and trigger know your customer checks for a contact by creating a case in Reapit Verify. This is used when you need to verify a vendor, buyer, or other related party against your AML/CTF requirements.

Creating a Case
This process outlines how to create a new case in Reapit Verify. https://verify.reapit.com.au/
- Select Create case.
- Search and select the Property Address.

- Select + Add a Verification.
- Select the Contact type and Role.
- Enter first name, last name, email address, and mobile number.
- Choose the Verification type:
- Select Add verification.
- Options:
- To add more people, select Add another verification and repeat the previous steps.
- Multi-office only: select the Office to assign the case to.
- Add notes to the case.
- Select Create case.
- A SMS is sent automatically to each person added for verification.
- Once the contact completes the checks, the status updates to show completion.

Risk Assessments
How to Complete a Risk Assessment from Reapit Verify
This process explains how to complete (and later update) a case risk assessment in Reapit Verify. The answers you record determine the case risk level and help ensure the case is escalated for review when required.
- In Reapit Verify, select the relevant case to open.
- Navigate to the Risk Assessment section.
- Select Start Assessment.
- Answer all risk assessment questions.
- Select Save.
- Review the case Risk level (calculated from your answers).
- To update the risk assessment later (for example, after adding an additional party such as a buyer):
- Select Update risk assessment.
- Review the questions and update any answers.
- Select Update.
- Confirm the case Risk level updates automatically based on the revised answers.

Note: If the risk level is High, ensure the case is flagged for the Compliance Officer to review the risk assessment answers.

Setting Up Risk Assessments
This process explains how to configure the risk assessment questionnaire in Reapit Verify. Set up questions, answer options, and risk weighting so agents capture consistent information and the system can calculate an appropriate case risk level.
- In Reapit Verify, go to Settings.
- Select the Risk assessment tab.
- Review the existing risk assessment questions (these start as the default set aligned to the AUSTRAC starter kit).
- To reorder questions, drag and drop questions into the desired order.
- To edit a question:
- Select the Pencil icon next to the question.
- Update the question text.
- Update the risk level assigned to each answer option.
- Select Save.
- To delete a question, select the Delete icon next to the question and confirm.
- To add a new question:
- Select Add question.
- Enter the question text.
- Set the risk level for each answer option.
- Select Save.
- Review the new question in the Current Questions list, and reorder as required.

User Management
This process covers common user administration tasks in Reapit Verify, including adding users, editing user details, and assigning the correct role so users have the right level of access.
- In Reapit Verify, click on the Settings icon.
- Open the relevant area (typically Users and/or User roles).
- To edit an existing user, select the Users tab:
- Search and select the User.
- Select the 3-dot Action button.
- Select Edit.
- Update the user’s name and/or email address.
- Update the user’s role if required.
- Select Save.

- To add a new user, select the Users tab:
- Select Add user.
- Enter the user’s first & last name and email address.
- Select the required Role.
- Select Save.
- The new user will receive an email invitation with instructions to sign in.
