Reconciliation Reversal


 

By Default, reconciliations are locked once you "Reconcile & Rollover" . With the approval of the Trust Licencee we can:

 

- Reverse the last reconciliation

- Reverse a number of reconciliations (must be in sequence from the last reconciliation)

- Reverse All of the reconciliations  

 

If you require the reconciliation to be reversed, please have the trust licencee contact us via the Client Change Request  to confirm the below requirements:

 

Please reverse the below reconciliation for Trust Account <Enter Trust Account Name>

- Date Performed- (Enter Details from Reconciliation History)  

- Performed By- (Enter Details from Reconciliation History) 

- Period From- (Enter Details from Reconciliation History)

- Period To- (Enter Details from Reconciliation History) 

- Reason for reversal 

- Have you consulated your auditor - yes or no?
