Q: How can I generate a complete overview of all sales property stock?

 

A: The Detailed Listings Report (For Sale) will give you a full overview of all sales stock. Reports > For Sale Reports > Detailed Listings Report (For Sale). 

 

Q: What report will show me Gross/Net Commission details for the office? 

 

A: Reports > For Sale Reports > Gross/Net Commission Report. This report displays a list of properties with their sold dates, sold price and corresponding Gross Commission % and amount.

 

Q: How can I determine the open rate when I send a bulk email or e-newsletter?

 

A: Reports > General Reports > Email Report. Master Users can view the number of emails, e-newsletters or auto emails sent in a certain time frame. The report also provides a detailed list provided sent date, sender, email subject and the number of emails sent as well as email statistics. Email statistics list the email recipients when each recipient opened the email, links clicked and emails bounced.

 

Q: What activity is included in the last contact and last modified search dates?

 

A: The dates include all Notes, Emails and SMS sent from the APP or any Notes logged via the CRM. 

 

Q: Can I print a list of my properties to give to my contacts/prospective contacts? 

 

A: Yes. Reports > Stocklist Reports > Internal Stocklist by Category. An internal inventory of all properties relating to the specified search requirements. This report includes the main property photo, address, related agents and contacts, property details, outgoings and access details, search and display price and the tenancy details (where applicable).

Q: Why am I unable to generate a PDF/HTML file from Agentbox?

A: Check your browser pop-up blocker is not enabled in your browser settings. This can occur when the browser pop-up blocker has blocked the report, look for the  icon in the top right hand side of the browser. Click on the icon and click on "Always allow pop-ups" Once you have allowed pop-ups you will be able to view/print the file. 

 

Q: What is the difference between Split and Total Column in performance?

 

A: The difference between the Total Column and the Split Column, is the Total is what the company has earned, but the Split, is the actual take home for the individual agent once any other internal agent or external conjunctional agent fees are deducted. For example, if two listing agents are assigned to the property they would get 0.5 recognition for that property in performance reporting on the number of New Listings in that period.

 

Q: How do I find out how many contacts a staff member has created in a certain period?

A: To find out the number of contacts the logged in user of Agentbox has created open Reports > Agent Reports > Database Usage Report. This report displays database usage by the user based on a searchable period of time. Includes how many contacts were added by the user (this means the user logged in when creating the contact, they can be assigned to someone else), contacts added with a mobile, email and street address, notes and tasks added, number of contacts modified, email, mobile and street address modified.

- To check the number of contacts created based on the agent assigned to the contact they will need to look at performance reports such as Reports > Contact Reports > Contacts Created. This report displays the number of contacts assigned to each staff member. Categorises the contacts into 8 categories: contacts created with just the contact details, existing contacts modified in the date range, contacts with notes added in the date range, contact details and buyer requirements added, total active contacts, active contacts with an email address, active contacts with buyer requirements and total contacts that have unsubscribed.
