Search for Prospect Properties
There are multiple ways to search for your prospect properties in Agentbox. Here we will demonstrate how to search for a prospect using the Universal Search Bar, All My Properties, the Left Property Panel and the Advanced Property Search.
Universal Search Bar
1. Click on the Universal Search Bar at the top of the screen and enter Street Number, Name or Suburb Name and a list of Prospects will appear.
2. Click the Prospect Property to open the property card.
All My Properties
1. Click the Properties icon from the main menu.
2. Select All My Properties.
3. From the options, select View All My Prospect Properties.
4. Select your Prospect Property from the generated list.
Left Panel Fast Find
1. Click the Properties icon from the main menu.
2. Select the Off Market tab on the left panel.
3. Click the Type drop-down and select Prospect.
4. Click Search.
5. Select the Prospect Property ID from the Property Results Panel to open.
6. Your Prospect property will appear on screen.
Advanced Property Search
1. Click Properties icon from the main menu.
2. Click Advanced Search from the left property search panel.
3. On the Advanced Search panel, select your type as Prospect Properties.
4. Further detail your Advanced Search, as required.
- Category: Once selected the type, the list of categories that appear depends on the Property Type and is adjusted for you to select the appropriate
- Status: Choose either Prospect, Prospect Excl. Past Appraisal/Listings, Appraisal/Listing.
- State: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA
- Regions: Choose a region, for example, Northern Suburbs, Western Suburbs.
- Suburbs: Choose a suburb, for example, Robina or Camperdown.
- Street No, Unit No, Level No, Street Name, Street Type, Property Name: Select if applicable.
- Legal Description: Ability to search for properties via any of the property legal descriptor fields: Legal Description, Lot, Deposited Plan, Volume, Folio, Block, Section.
- Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Parking, Land Size, Building Size, Frontage, Extrenal Area: Select if applicable.
- Is Investment?: Choose either N/A, Yes, or No
- Tenanted?: Choose either N/A, Yes, or No
- Features: Select features, if applicable.
- Core Area(s): Select Core Areas, if applicable.
- Assigned Staff / Teams: Select if applicable.
- Role: You can search for listings by an associated staff member(s) in a specific role (For example, Appraisal Agent, Listing Agent, Selling Agent, and so on).
- Period Type: You can search by period type, which allows a user to search for properties within the related field. For example, selecting Appraisal Date will build a list of properties by their Appraisal Date, and will also in turn remove those properties that have not had an appraisal date.
- Period From/To: Select if applicable.
- Save Search?: Enter in a Saved Search title, and you can save this search for the future. The saved search will appear in the top right corner of the Advanced Property search from the drop-down, so you won't need to build another unique search again. Note, that the saved search will pull new properties into the search if they meet the search requirements.
4. Click Search.
5. Click the Prospect Property of your choice from the Search Results Panel.
