Searching Properties in Prospector
A Property search enables users to create searches of Properties in their Database, Not in Database or Both in Agentbox and in CoreLogic RP Data.
1. Access Prospector and navigate to the Properties tab.
2. Select an In Database, Not in Database or Both search as applicable.
3. Enter key Property Filters, including Core Area, and narrow it down to a particular address or property type as applicable. For both searches, select the View Options of Split View or Mixed View.
4. Enter any Property Relationship Filters to filter the search to Properties in which you are the Prospecting Agent, Properties with Owners that you may have Full Access, Primary Access or View Only Access, Contact Class, or Last Contact dates as applicable.
5. Enter any Property Appraisal/Sale History to filter the search to Properties in a particular status, with particular Sold/Leased or Appraised Dates or particular Price information. Hit Search.
6. Within the Property List you will be able to see Agentbox and RP Data property information,.
7. Within the Contacts List you will see the contact information of property Owners that match the search parameters. Note - this will only be in database Properties. Properties highlighted in Red will match the predefined search parameters.
8. Within Map view you will be able to see a visual representation of Properties in and outside of your database, and filter down to those Not in Database, Prospect with No Owner and Prospect with Owner.
Clicking on the pin drop will highlight further property information.
9. From within the Properties List click on the Surround Search to conduct a search for properties in the vicinity of the selected property.
Filter Surrounding property numbers in a particular radius and hit Search.
10. Click on Add to Database to add properties not in your database into Agentbox, In Database to View Prospect as applicable, or CoreLogic RP Data (More) to access the record in RP Data. Any information appearing in red, will indicate data in Agentbox is no longer aligned to CoreLogic and can be updated.
7. Click on Communication Icons to communicate with an individual Owner, or the Bulk Communication Icons to perform bulk SMS, Email, eNewsletter or Letter communications as appropriate. For properties Not in Database, contact information will not be available, hence only letter communication will be available.
