The Securexchange ‘Request Contract’ integration allows clients to request a marketable contract from a conveyancer. A ‘Request Contract’ button is available on all listings, including Appraisals/Listing Presentations.

 

The submitted requests are reviewed in minutes and with Securexchange’s automated workflow a contract will be sent back within a day or two in most cases (a few hours in some cases), helping clients put the property on the market quicker.

 

NB: To request this integration, please submit a change request via the help & support section in your Agentbox System.

        Only Available to NSW Clients.

 

 

 

Requesting a contract - On an Appraisal & Listing Presentation

 

1. To Request, a contract, navigate to an open Appraisal, Listing Presentation Or Pending Listing, Click on 'Request Contract'.

 

 

 

2. The SecureXchange guide will appear - click proceed

 

 

3. When requesting a contract, the following is required:

  • Name (First & Last), Mobile and Email are mandatory for Vendor, Agent and Vendor Solicitor/Conveyancer*

  • Ensure relevant contacts are attached to the listing in the correct roles before proceeding (Listing Agent, Vendor, Vendor Solicitor*

         
     

  • After submitting, all relevant parties (Agent, Vendor, etc.) will receive emails with further instructions and login credentials to the Securexchange platform

 

*If a conveyancer has not yet been finalised, the Securexchange Team can help find one by selecting the concierge option

 

 

Existing requests will be noted on the Securexchange Contract request page of the listing card.
