Send Bulk Email

In this tutorial we will demonstrate how to send a bulk email to a list of contacts using Advanced Contact Search. However, you may also like to send via an Advanced Property Search or to a list of contacts e.g. Prospective Buyers of a property.

*Note: if a contact unsubscribes from a bulk email, their status will remain “Active” but their contact restrictions will be set to “Do Not Email” only.

1. Click Contacts from the main menu

2. Conduct an Advanced Contact Search, Advanced Property Search or list of recipients e.g. Prospective Buyers of a property

3. Click the email action icon

4. Create your email or select a template you have already created. Click Save & Proceed.

5. Refine Target List. Click Save & Proceed

6. Preview Email. Click Send Email(s) when you're happy to proceed.
