SMS/SMS Templates

To SMS you will need to have Agentbox SMS activated and SMS credits, click here to find out more.
1. Tap the Quick Action icons next to the contact and select SMS
2. Tap Template to select your SMS Template. Click Preview.
*Note: SMS Templates will need to be created in the CRM.
3. A preview of the SMS template will be displayed. Tap Send From and select who the SMS should be sent from (subject to access permissions)
When sending an individual SMS to a contact's record, the primary mobile number will be selected by default. However, users will have the flexibility to choose an additional mobile number if applicable. Users will continue to be able to select to ‘send from’ another staff member (if permission permits) and select a template (optional).
4. Tap Send.
