Staff Targets

You can set KPIs/Targets within your desktop version of Agentbox. Click here to learn more about viewing your set targets on your Agentbox app.

 

1. Click My Office from the main menu.
 

 

2. Type the staff member's name on the Left Panel and the staff member will appear on the staff results panel.

 


 

3. Click the staff members Name to open their staff card.

 

4. Go to the Targets tab.

 


5. Within this tab, you have the option to set targets for:

 

  • New Contacts.
  • Call Attempts.
  • Call Connections.
  • Number of Appraisals.
  • Number of Presentations.
  • Number of Listings.
  • Number of Sales.
  • Gross Commission.

 

Quarterly and annual targets will be calculated based on these figures. These targets will also be visible on your main Dashboard and Agentbox App.

 

6. Click Save.
