System Configuration (Advanced)
Here you can edit advanced system settings such as custom classes, appraisal and contact sources, buyer/tenant enquiry settings, letter margins etc.
1. Click My Office on the main menu.
2. Click Edit Details on the left panel.
3. Click the System Configurations tab.
4. Select System Configuration (Advanced) from the Configuration Option drop-down.
5. Adjust settings as required and hit Save to apply changes to the office.
Contact Options
- New Contacts: Assign new contacts to agents as either Primary Owner or Full Access.
- State Requirement: When adding requirements to a contact, default the state as your office state.
- Mandatory Source: Enables contact source to be a required field when creating contacts.
- Contact Source: Add/edit/delete contact sources.
- New Contacts (Enquiry/Inspection): Assign new contact to an agent via enquiry/inspection as Primary Owner or Full Access.
- Existing Contacts: Assign existing/duplicate contact to an agent with Full Access or View Only.
Property Options
- Appraisal Sources: Add/edit/delete appraisal source options.
- Appraisal Reasons: Add/edit/delete appraisal reason options.
- Appraisal Classes: Add/edit/delete appraisal classification options.
- Enquiry Sources: Add/edit/delete buyer/tenant enquiry source options.
- Inspection Duration: Default inspection duration.
- Inspection Class: Default contact class for sale & for lease listing inspection attendees - we recommend prospective buyer & prospective tenant.
- Enquiry Class: Default contact class for sale & for lease listing enquiries - we recommend prospective buyer & prospective tenant.
- Req. Price Mandatory: Mandatory price for buyer/tenant requirements.
- Req. Location Mandatory: Mandatory location for buyer/tenant requirements.
- Req. Price Range: +/- listing price applied to enquirer/viewer auto requirements.
- Mandatory Source: When adding appraisals, appraisal source becomes a required field.
- Mandatory Contacts: When creating appraisals/listings/contacts, required field to assign core agents & contacts.
- Property Overview Contacts: Display contact phone numbers to all users regardless of access.
- Mandatory Appraisal Comments: Mandatory for comments to be entered for all appraisals.
- Listing Buyer List - Visible to All: All listings prospective buyers/tenants list visible to all users.
- Sold Date: Default date to use for advertised sold date - contract date or unconditional date.
- Restrict Photo Cloning: Only allow master users to copy photos when cloning a listing.
- Mandatory Commission Splits: Force gross commission splits to be entered upon a sale.
- Private Documents: Set all new listing documents to private by default.
- Listing Approval: Require marketing approval prior to listing being made available
- Prospect Property Self Assignment: allows users to assign themselves to any prospect property

PDF Letter Margins & HTML/Mail Merge Letter Margins
Here you can edit the margins of your letters so that they print perfectly on your office letterhead.
Enter in the measurements or adjust for both PDF Letter Margins & HTML/Mail Merge Letters Margins
As a guide 1mm = 3.779528 px (pixels).

- Expense Categories: Add/edit/delete supplier item expense category options.
- Activity Schedule Categories: Add/edit/delete activity schedule category options.
- Template Categories: Add/edit/delete letter/email/SMS template category options.
