Move Listing to Unconditional and Settled - Auction


 

1. Click on Unconditional against the listing 

 

 

*Note: Everything above the red line if for internal reporting, anything below the red line is for the portals.

 

2. Enter in the Contract Date, Unconditional Date & Expected Settlement Date

- The deposit can be entered as a % or flat fee

- Commission can be entered inc; or excl GST, as a %, flat fee or custom % amount

 

3. Enter in the Auction Result: Sold at Auction - Under Hammer, Sold at Auction - Negotiated, Sold Prior to Auction

 

4. Portals Status: Select if you want the property status to be Sold or Under Contract. Specify whether the Actual Sold Price can be displayed or if it is to remain Confidential in exports (e.g. Realestate.com.au). Display Price will be used on Agentbox Powered Websites instead of the Actual Sold Price Irrespective. Sold date can be displayed as the Contract Date or Unconditional Date.


5. You can flag the expected Settlement Date as being Confirmed if applicable. This flows into the Upcoming Settlements Report for filtering/grouping by confirmed/unconfirmed upcoming settlements.

 

 

5. You must save / confirm commission splits before changing the status to Settled.

6. When the Sale Settles, return to the Offer/Contract and update its status to settled.
