Upload a Property as Sold

Generally, realestate.com.au will not accept/process new listings with a sold status, however, if you have an agreement with realestate.com.au to process these listings, you can follow the standard process for entering a listing in Agentbox.

Once the listing is marked as Sold, you will then tick the export to portals option for realestate.com.au for the first time. This will send the listing with a sold status to realestate.com.au.

Please see below the two processes of which you will follow to upload your Sold listing to realestate.com.au and domain.com.au.

Upload a Property as Sold to realestate.com.au

REA now allows for listings with a sold status to be advertised directly on the Sold section of your portal.

1. Reach out to realestate.com.au and advise you will be sending Sold listings. before you actually make the change in your Agentbox system.

This will assist realsestate.com.au, so that they are aware to look out for the REAXML file to allocate the listing accordingly.

2. To change the listing to sold, please follow the sales process by adding the listing into Agentbox, add the offer, mark the listing as unconditional and the very last action to take is to tick the REA checkbox once the listing has been marked as Settled.

Once the listing is marked as Sold,  the export to portals option for realestate.com.au can be ticked for the first time and this will send the listing with a sold status to REA.

Upload a Property as Sold to domain.com.au

To push your Sold listing through to Domain, simply ensure the listing is in your CRM with the sold details attached and the Domain portal selected.

Your listing will then feed directly to Domain as per your Domain Subscription type, for no additional cost.
