Access Listings
This article outlines how to locate and access listings in the Reapit Sales Mobile App. Within the App, you can view Pending, Available, Withdrawn*, Conditional, Unconditional, Leased and Settled Listings.
* Only withdrawn listings that you are assigned to will be visible.

1. Tap the magnifying glass from the main menu and select 'Listing'.
2. Locate the listing using one of the following methods;

Search bar |
Quickly search for a listing using the listing ID or Property Address. |

Opens tab |
Within the Opens tab, you can view any listings with upcoming Open for Inspections that you have been assigned to. To view the details of the listing or to add inspection feedback simply click on the address to open the listing card. |

My Listings tab |
Click the My Listings tab to view all listings that you are assigned to. |

All Listings tab |
Click the All Listings tab to view all listings that you have access to. Please note, these listings will depend on the permissions that are assigned to you in your Staff Card. |

3. Once you have found the listing, Tap to open

4. The Details tab includes the property photos, floorplan, general property info, related agents & contacts, google map, access information and click to view the related documents e.g. property contract
*Note: The floorplan and related documents need to be uploaded under the General Documents tab of the listing card in the full Agentbox CRM.

5. Tap the Contacts tab, here you can view all related property contacts e.g vendor, vendor solicitor, landlord, tenant etc. Tap the contact to open the contact record or quickly call, SMS or email the related property contact e.g. vendor using the quick action icon next to each contact

6. Tap the Buyer/Tenant Match tab to open contacts in the database whose requirements match the listing. Tab between all matched contacts or just those who have had no activity with the listing (e.g. enquiry, inspection, offer).

7. Tap the Activity tab to open. Here you can view all prospective buyer/tenant activity - enquiries, inspection attendees and offers made. Tap the + icon to add attendees. You can filter by all or just today’s and click to open contact and view full inspection feedback.

8. Tap Notes to view notes in the listing or tap the + icon to add a new note or follow-up task.
