• Core Area Insights and Quick Access Searches
  View a snapshot of your core area at a glance to drive your prospecting decisions: New Listings, Recent Sales, Ageing Listings, All Listings, Our Listings, Other Agents Listings, Missed Opportunities and Properties Last Sold 5+ Years Ago.

• Separation of properties in the database by ‘Owner Details’ vs ‘No Owner Details’
  For properties that are in the database, filter for and identify at a glance whether or not the owner’s details are known for more personalised prospecting activities.

• Filter  ‘On the Market’ properties for and identify missed opportunities
  Identify at a glance missed opportunities for listings that are on the market in your core area. Are they in the database? Do you know the owner(s)? Did you appraise it?

• Map View Enhancements
  Map pins now reflect relationships with properties and property owner(s). An interactive map legend has also been introduced with the count, and the ability to hide/show results by each category for more targeted prospecting.

• List View Enhancements
  The list view experience has been enhanced to better identify opportunities and relationships with properties and owners with live comparison of Agentbox data and CoreLogic with discrepancies now highlighted.

• ‘Surround Search?' Enhancements
  The surround search functionality has been enhanced for easier access.
  When viewing ‘On The Market’ properties, search for all surrounding properties or specifically only surrounding properties that are also on the market.

• Filter Enhancement: Filter by Prospect Agent(s)
  Filter for properties by the attached Prospecting Agent(s), so that search results containing properties that are being prospected to by other agents (e.g. shared/overlapping core areas) can be filtered out and excluded from prospecting efforts.

• Filter Enhancement: Filter by Owner Staff
  Similarly to the above, you can also filter for properties by staff member assignment to the owner. Filter by any staff member assignment or specifically where they are the Primary Owner.

• General User Experience Enhancements
  'Search Contacts' and ‘Search Properties’ have been combined into one search action with results separated by properties list, contacts list or map view.
  Filter options have been consolidated into collapsible menus for a better advanced search experience.
