1. Tap the magnifying glass icon from the main menu and click 'Listings'.

2. Locate the listing using one of the following methods;

3. Once you have found the listing, tap to open
4. Tap the Activity tab to open. Here you can view all previous inspection attendees, inquiries and offers made on the property
5. Tap the + icon to add new enquiry.

6. Select Enquiry from the Add drop-down

7. Enter the attendees Mobile and/or Name (1) to search the database, You are also able to search via email in the Name field.
7a. If the contact does not currently exist tap Add New Contact (2)
Complete the contact information and enquiry comment, confirm the enquiry date, type and source then tap Save to finish Save & Add Another or Add More to add additional contact information e.g. contact classes or manage their subscriptions.

7b. If an existing database contact matches your search it will be displayed below, tap the corresponding + button to use this contact
Enter an enquiry comment, confirm the enquiry date, type and source and tap Save to finish or Save & Add Another once complete
*Note: When searching for an existing contact by mobile number, the app will generate results after 8 digits. This is to ensure optimum speed and accuracy of search results.
Default contact classes, requirements and subscriptions applied to contacts created via enquiries can be configured within the Agentbox Web Version: System Config: Enquiry Configuration.
