Log a Property Enquiry

The Log an Enquiry tool does the following:


* Logs an enquiry against the Property's Recent Enquiries history and in the contact's communication history.

* Creates a task and sends an email to the assigned staff member to action.

* Comments appear on the Vendor Report.

 


 

1. Search for your Property and open the property card or access the log an enquiry tool using the fast find results panel


 


 

2. Click the Log an Enquiry action icon



3. Search for an existing Contact or Add new, assign Contact Class (if Applicable), subscribe to newsletters, Add buyer requirements based on property they are enquiring about, Enter enquiry Date, Time, Type and Description of Enquiry, Notify an Agent via Task and/or Email and/or SMS

 


4. Click Submit, Save and Add Another or Save and View. Contact to open the corresponding contact card.

Alternatively, to quickly log an enquiry from anywhere in the system, click on the Quick Add icon from the header and select Log Enquiry.

*Note you will need to enter both the contact and property if applicable using this method.
