Add a Project


 
The Project tool in Agentbox allows you to create a project e.g. Off the Plan Apartment Complex, House & Land Development, Commercial etc. Within the Project, you can create individual listings quickly using the clone tool. You are able to log enquiries and inspection at a project level or individual listing level and produce a Project Activity Report containing information on all listings within the project e.g. number sold, under contract, Inspection feedback, enquiries etc.

*Note: Projects are not able to be portal feed to REA, Domain etc and are a folder that contains listings within Agentbox. However, some third party websites may be able to support Projects via the API. For more information please speak to your website host.
 

 

 

1. Click the Properties icon from the Main Menu

 

 

2. Click Add a Project/Development from the Property Panel

 

 

3. Enter Property Information:


* Category: Block of Units, House & Land, Land Estate, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Commercial Strata Development

* Authority: Exclusive, Open, Conjunction

* Display Price: Numeric Value Only

* Contract Expiry

* Project Stage

* Project Name

* Project Address

* Edit Address Format for your web display format

* Re-Position Google Map Marker

* Hide Address on your website

* Key to Property?

* Access Details


 


4. Click Save & Proceed


5. Enter Features of the Project: Main Headline, Project Description and Features of the Project



6. Click Save & Proceed


7. Add related Agents & Contacts

  • Select the Role of the Agent e.g. Listing Agent, Property Assistant etc. Search for their name, select from the drop-down and click the add to ensure they appear in the boxes below. If you do not want them to appear on the website simply untick in the Appear on Site box. Once saved you can also drag and drop to adjust who appears first if multiple agents are assigned. 

*Note: For reporting purposes, it is important that the Listing Agent role is only used to assign the agent/s that should get recognition for listing this project/listing. If they are to be assigned for advertising purposes only please use the roles Associate Agent or Property Assistant. 

 

 

  • Select the role of the related contact e.g. Vendor, Vendor Solicitor etc then Search, select from the drop-down and add the related contacts

 

 

8. Click Save & Proceed

 

9. Upload Project Photos, Floorplans, Documents and Links under the Resources tab.

 

  • These can be used when copying resources from a project to its related lots/listings
  • Optional: These can be displayed on your Agentbox powered website on the project page (website upgrade required)

 

*Note: Your Agency Agreement must be uploaded into Agentbox before your property can be displayed live on the web. A contract may also be required in some states.
 

 

10. Click Save

 

 

11. Once all relevant information has been added to the Project change the status from Offline to Available.

 

12. You can now add project listings,  preview the project, add a note, add a meeting, and add a task or activity schedule using the action icons or view the related listings, inspection and feedback and project modifications from the left panel.
