Convert Prospect Property to Open Appraisal in the App

*Note: if you have attached the 'Owner' 'Owner Occupier' or 'Owner Absentee' to the prospect property, when converted to an appraisal the contact will automatically be assigned as the 'Prospective Vendor' or 'Prospective Landlord' and if the appraisal is converted to a listing the contact will automatically be attached to the listing as the 'Vendor' or 'Landlord'. This will also automatically update the contact with the new contact class however will not remove the previous status. For more information see Life Cycle of a Contact.

You can convert Prospect Properties to Open Appraisals via the 'Change Status' workflow.

1. Tap on the magnifying glass icon from the main menu and select 'Properties'. 

2. Locate your Prospect Property.

4.  Click the edit button on the top right hand corner and select Change Status from the drop-down. 

6. Change the Status from a Prospect Property to an Open Appraisal

7. Confirm your Open Appraisal details and hit Save. 

*Note: you must have the 'Create New Property' user permission in order to be able to add a new Prospect and/or Appraisal
