Convert to Appraisal/Listing Presentation


*Note: if you have attached the 'Owner' 'Owner Occupier' or 'Owner Absentee' to the prospect property, when converted to an appraisal the contact will automatically be assigned as the 'Prospective Vendor' or 'Prospective Landlord' and if the appraisal is converted to a listing the contact will automatically be attached to the listing as the 'Vendor' or 'Landlord'. This will also automatically update the contact with the new contact class however will not remove the previous status. For more information see Life Cycle of a Contact.

1. From the Universal Search, start typing in the address. 


 

2. From the Properties Section, select your property. 

 


3. Click on the Prospect Property to open the property card, and then proceed to click on the Prospect tab. NB: If you do not have access to the prospect property, create a market appraisal via the properties menu.

 

 


4. Select Convert to Appraisal (Choose either a For Sale or For Lease listing) from the Status drop-down menu.

 


 

5. Once selected, a pop up will appear asking you for details of the new listing you will be creating. In the example below, we have converted the Prospect Listing for a rental Appraisal.

Note: There can only ever be one active Sale or Lease Appraisal within Agentbox. If there is an outdated appraisal for the address, you will need to convert the existing older Appraisal as missed/cancelled, and the record will be attached to the Prospect Property record.
