Current Pipeline

The Current Pipeline is a visual representation of properties based on the status associated with a user, team or office. The current pipeline can be filtered for Sale or Lease listings and by a specific Property Type Residential, Commercial, Rural, Business & Holiday.

Users who have permission to view the Current Pipeline and Targets on behalf of the office, teams or other agents can search within the dropdown menus and your last selection will be remembered. Simply start typing a name into the dropdown to filter the list and make your selection. The next time you refresh your page or log into Agentbox, your previous selection will be retained.

Agents must be assigned the Listing Agent role on a listing for it to be included in their pipeline. Listings with any other role type will not count toward the agent's pipeline; however, agents will still be able to search for those listings using the Universal Search bar and/or the Mobile App.

*Note: The ability to view the Current Pipeline on behalf of an Office, Team or Staff Member is available for users with the appropriate permission(s).

For Sale Pipeline

The For Sale Pipeline will allow you to refine your current Pipeline via All Properties, Residential, Commercial, Rural & Business  and displays the total number of:

- Open Appraisals - Appraisals that have not yet progressed to the ‘Listing Presentation’ status, converted to a listing or recorded as ‘Cancelled/Missed’ or ‘Archived’
- Presentations - Listing Presentations that have not yet been converted to a listing or recorded as ‘Cancelled/Missed’ or ‘Archived’
- Listed (Pending)
- Available
- Conditional
- Unconditional

• The Total Value ($) is displayed for each stage.
• The Total GCI is shown for Conditional and Unconditional listings.
• The Forecast GCI is shown for Appraisals, Presentations, Listed (Pending and Available. It is based on the Agreed Gross Commission Rate saved against each Appraisal / Listing and is calculated by the Appraisal Price for Appraisals & Presentations and the Listed (Search Price) for Pending & Available listings.

For Lease Pipeline

The For Lease Pipeline will allow you to refine your Pipeline via All Properties, Residential, Commercial, Rural & Holiday displays the total number of:
 

- Open Appraisals - Appraisals that have not yet progressed to the ‘Listing Presentation’ status, converted to a listing or recorded as ‘Cancelled/Missed’ or ‘Archived’
- Presentations - Listing Presentations that have not yet been converted to a listing or recorded as ‘Cancelled/Missed’ or ‘Archived’
- Listed (Pending)
- Available

*Note: If Commercial Lease Commissions are enabled within your system you will be able to view the below
- Conditional 
- Unconditional

Sending Communication to your Pipeline

1. Click on Dashboard from the main menu. 

2. To view a list of properties within each status, click on the stage e.g. Open Appraisals.

From the open window you can click on the communication action icons to send an SMS, Send an Email, Create a Brochure, Create a Letter, Send a E Newsletter or Print a Contact List.

WARNING: If 'send an e newsletter' is selected for Listed (Pending), Available, Conditional or Unconditional statuses listings will send to ALL contacts in the database (you have access to view) subscribed to newsletters.
