Access can be given to staff to create their own Custom Classes in the system. The 'Add Custom Contact Classes' permission will need to be given via their staff card.
*Note: These custom classes will only be visible by Master users, the individual agent and their team members. Only Master users can create custom classes to share to the entire office.

1. Search for your Contact and open their Contact Card.
2. Click the Contact Card tab.
3. Click Add Custom.
4. Enter a name for your Custom Class, e.g. Hot Buyer, Sphere of Influence, etc.
5. Click Save.

3. Click into the Contact Class field and search for your name to locate your Private Custom Classes.
4. Select the applicable Custom Classes and click Save.
