Do Not Contact Restrictions
The ability to specify individual contact communication restrictions is available through the Do Not Contact via Phone, SMS, Email and Mail options, which in addition to the contact status options, allows flexibility for contacts who should be excluded from particular communications - e.g. SMS - while still retaining an ‘Active’ status in Agentbox.
Once configured in the Contact Card, visual representations of the Do Not Contact restrictions are displayed across the contact overview and within any search results and printed contact reports.
Contacts with the Do Not Email / Do Not SMS restrictions selected are automatically excluded from all Quick Email/SMS and Email/SMS Merges; while contacts with the Do Not Mail restriction are excluded from all bulk mail merge communication.
Additionally, contacts with the Unsubscribed status are automatically excluded from all Email, SMS & Bulk Mail Merge communication - and contacts with the Do Not Contact status are automatically excluded from all Email, SMS & Bulk Mail Merge communications and additionally marked as Do Not Call.
The Advanced Contact Search Custom Filters allow the inclusion or exclusion of contacts based on their Do Not Contact restrictions.
Contact Modifications Log entries record all Do Not Contact restriction option changes.
Do Not Contact Restrictions in the Mobile App
When editing contacts in the Agentbox App you can also apply the contact restrictions. These restrictions will then display on the contact record.
