Duplicate Address Warning



Why am I receiving a 'Duplicate Address' warning message?
 

Duplicate Address errors are displayed if another listing of the same LISTING TYPE (For Sale, For Lease or For Sale/Lease) and PROPERTY TYPE (e.g. Residential, Commercial, etc.) with the same ADDRESS is found across any of the following statuses:

 

  • APPRAISAL
  • PRESENTATION
  • PENDING
  • AVAILABLE
  • CONDITIONAL
  • UNCONDITIONAL

 

 

*Notes:
 

  • Individual SALE Listings are considered a duplicate of a SALE/LEASE Listing and vice-versa.
  • Individual LEASE Listings are considered a duplicate of a SALE/LEASE Listing and vice-versa.
  • Listings with the same address can be created for different PROPERTY TYPES (e.g. Commercial Listings are not considered duplicates of Residential Listings with the same address)
  • More than one Prospect Property with the same address cannot be created, irrespective of the Property Type.
  • Listings that are OFFLINE (Archived, Sold/Leased - Other Agent, Sold/Leased - Not For Display, Withdrawn), LEASED or SETTLED are excluded from duplicate address checking.
  • If a duplicate address has been accidentally entered into the system, you will need to submit a request to support to delete this prospect.
