How to insert variables
You are able to insert variables into your Letter, Email and various other templates in Agentbox. Variables also commonly known as merge fields, pull through information from the related contact or property associated to the letter or email you are generating. E.g. You can create a letter template starting with Dear {vendor_salutation}. The merge field used here is the Vendor Salutation so when you generate this letter via a property it will search for the vendor assigned in the agents and contacts tab and the letter will output as e.g. Dear John.
Master Users can also insert variables into staff email signatures and other templates in the system config e.g. Marketing invoice header and footer.
