Manual Receipt Books
For those clients that use manual sales trust receipts alongside their Agentbox sales trust account, you will need to complete the following process to update your receipt numbers when you order a new receipt book. This process is only applicable if your new receipt book has a different number sequence to your current receipt book.
We can only change the next available receipt number. We are unable to change a receipt number on any historical transactions.
Once you have entered the last receipt in your current receipt book, please have the trust licencee submit a client change request and include the following information:
The first receipt number of your new manual sales trust receipt book
*Note: The starting sequence must be a unique number that has never been used before on any historical transactions as that would cause a conflict with duplicate receipt numbers.
Approval from the trust licensee to adjust the receipt number.
This process may also apply to clients who need to change their receipt number sequence.
