Multiple Trust Accounts
The Agentbox Sales Trust Module allows the management of transactions, from upfront vendor marketing contributions to sales deposits from multiple buyers - all with full investment account tracking in a single entry database. It also has the capability to manage multiple trust accounts for the below examples.
- Clients who manage off the plan developments/project listings and require a separate trust account separate to residential listings
- Clients who are on a branch or multi office system structure and need a trust account per office
- Clients who manage trust accounts in different states and need a trust in office to meet legislation requirements
If you have a requirement to manage multiple sales trust bank accounts, please have the trust licencee contact us via the Client Change Request to confirm your requirements as per the below:
- The number of trust accounts required?
- Are all trust accounts registered to the same licencee?
- Are all trust accounts registered under the same company name?
- Reason for managing multiple trusts
Example below shows a receipt being entered where mutliple sales trust accounts are used. When enterting transactions or performing reconcilations it is important to ensure the right trust account is selected.
After your inital transaction has been entered the system will remember your last selected trust account. Tick the checkbox to change your preference.
