Prospector Not In Database Search

A not In database search allows you to perform a LIVE search of RP Data using the same criteria as before and return all properties which are not yet in your database.

1. Click Prospector from the main menu

2. From the left-hand panel select Not In Database
 

3. Enter your search criteria
 

CoreLogic Rp Data - Allows you to perform a  rpdata Single Line Address Search so you can quickly pull up an address or entire street.

Core Area - Allows you to select the Core Areas you have been assigned. This must be selected when performing searches.

Address - Allows you to search by a particular property address. When searching for a Street a suburb or Core Area must be selected

Type - Allows you to specify the property type - House, Unit, Land, Commercial & Other

Date Range - Allows you to search by a particular date period

Price Range - Allows you to search by a particular price range

4. Once you have entered your search criteria you can proceed to click on search properties
 

5. From the search results panel, you are able to add individual properties to the database by selecting Add to Database next to each property address. Please refer How to Add a Prospect Property for further information on this step

6. For a Not In Database search, the only bulk communication tools available are print letter merge and print. This is due to contact details not being available in the database.
