The integration is required to be activated before any associated features can be utilised.
You request the integration (between Reapit Sales and Reapit PM) via your Reapit PM system:
Click on Marketplace.
Navigate to Reapit Extensions and select PM & Sales.
Click on Add to Reapit PM.
Select Existing Client and click Next.
Click Next to proceed with the activation.
A team member will be in touch to activate the integration.

When a purchaser makes an offer on a Listing, tag them as 'Investor' - and when the sale is Unconditional, an automated referral is sent to PM:
Search and Select the Listing.
Go to the Offers/Contracts tab.
Locate or add the Offer / Buyer.
Click Investor.
Click Save.

When the Listing status is updated to Unconditional, the referral prompt (below) will appear, notifying that the property is being considered for investment by the buyer(s), confirming if you would like to send the referral to the property management team. Click Yes to proceed. Or untick if no longer applicable.

The referral will be recorded in the Listing's Communication History.

After a sales appraisal referral has been sent from Reapit PM - the nominated staff member will receive an email, notifying them of the appraisal request. The email will include owner and property details.

Additionally, a Task is assigned to the nominated staff member. The task also includes the details of the property, owner and referrer.

The Property card will display the owner, the referrer and a note will be published in the communication history.

A Master User can nominate the staff member who will receive the Sale Appraisal referrals:
Navigate to My Office.
Click Edit Details, and go to the System Config Tab.
Click the Configuration Option drop-down.
Select Referrals Integration.
Select the staff member who will receive the Sale Appraisal referrals.
Click Save.

In Reapit PM, from the property record, a sales appraisal request can be sent on the owners behalf. The request will be generated to the nominated salesperson. A copy of the request will be added to the property timeline within PM. The request will also be recorded under the change log:
Click on Properties.
Click on Residential.
Search and select a property.
Navigate to Property Value and click on Request Sales Appraisal.
Add a note if required, click on Send.

When a referral has been sent to Reapit PM, the nominated staff member will receive an email, and a task will be created and assigned to the user.
To view received rental appraisal requests, navigate to Tasks.

An Office Administrator can nominate the staff member who will receive the Rental Investment referrals:
Navigate to Settings.
Click Office.
Navigate to Rental Appraisals Request.
Click on the drop down to select the nominated user.
Click Save Changes.
