Mobile App Access

1. After you have Installed and opened the app for the first time, you will need to specify your office’s sub domain which can be obtained from the URL you use when accessing the web version of Agentbox

For example, if your Agentbox URL is https://myagency.agentboxcrm.com.au, your office’s sub domain is “myagency”

2. Once this has been entered into the welcome screen, tap continue to proceed to the next screen to enter your existing Agentbox username and password

3. Enter your username (email address) and password and tap Login

*Note: This will be the same username and password that you use to access the web version of Agentbox 

Log Out

1. To log out of the app simply tap Settings from the bottom main menu panel. 

2. Tap Logout to sign out of the App

*Note: This will take you back to the screen to enter your username and password. If you would like to login again using a different subdomain simply tap Change Office in the top left hand corner.
