Introduction to Franchise Reporting
The Agentbox Franchise Reporting Module allows franchisees to easily submit their required Franchise Returns once per month for the previous month's figures via their individual office system. As you process your sales throughout the system, the sale information is automatically pulled into your franchise return and reports so it is present for review and submission on a monthly basis.
The franchise return report is a snapshot in time of figures submitted to Head Office and applicable fees payable are calculated and applied. The report includes any unconditional and settled sales that have occurred within that period plus adjustments to settled/unconditional sales from previous periods. Property Management income can also be logged and included on the Franchise Return if applicable for your office.
Franchisees will be required to submit their Franchise Return to close off the previous month. Once a month is 'closed' (by submitting the Franchise Report to Head Office), any changes to figures relevant to that month will become 'adjustments' in the next open month.
