Generate ABA File


 

In order to generate an ABA file you must log a transaction as payment method ABA. To do this please go to ABA Payments for further instructions.
 

You can generate an ABA file at any time and each file will include all ABA Payment transactions that haven't yet been included in a file.

*Note: The file name is date/time stamped allowing you to produce as many as required in one day.

 


Generate an ABA File

1. Select Transactions, Banking and then Generate ABA File

 

 

 

2. Select your Trust Account from the dropdown 

 

 

3. Enter the Banked Date

 

4. Tick the corresponding ABA payments you would like to be included in the ABA file.

 

If your bank/account doesn't support inclusion of a Self-Balancing (Debit) Entry, un-tick ‘Include’. The default value for this option can be set via your Bank Account Bulk EFT (ABA File) Set-up Options.

 


 

5. Click  Generate File if you are happy to proceed or Print Preview to view corresponding report

6. If generating ABA File select Ok to generate the file

 

 

 

7. Click on the link to download the ABA file and save the file to your computer

 


 

ABA File History

 

You are able to re-download  the last 5 ABA files that have previously been generate. Please use this function with caution to avoid uploading the same file twice to your bank.
 

1. Select Transactions, Banking and then Generate ABA File

 

 

 

2. Select your Trust Account from the dropdown 

 

3. Under ABA File History you will be able to view the most recent files. Click on the file you wish to re-generate if required.
