LMM - Listings

Creating A Listing

 

  • You can create a new listing by accessing Properties in the main menu and click Add a Listing OR by entering the address in the Universal Search Bar which will prompt you to add a new listing.

 

 

 

 

  • Once you have created a listing, fill in the empty fields with information about the listing, and follow the tabs on the top in order: General > Sale/Lease > Features > OFI > Agents > Resources

 

 

General Tab

 

Within the General tab, ensure to specify whether it is For Sale/Lease and fill in the correct type and category as well as the Listing address details. 

You can also enter additional information regarding Access Details which is only shared internally.

 

 

 

 

 

For Sale Tab

 

The For Sale tab will allow you to complete your Pricing Information such as the Portal's backend Search Price, the Display Price to be shown on websites and any other Rates and Outgoings associated to this Listing. 

In addition, you may also fill in Investment Details and/or the current tenancy details

 

 

 

Features Tab

 

The Features tab is for the Property Copy, attributes and any additional features that are inclusive of your listing..  

 

 

For commercial listings, you may use this following section to add more information. 

 

 

 

OFI Tab

 

To add in any Open For Inspection times, you can access it through OFI > Click on the Calendar > Choose date & time > Save

This will feed through to your portals within 30 minutes. 

 

 

Agents Tab

 

When allocating your Agents, please specify the Role and select those you would like displayed on your portals. 

 

Note: When adding multiple agents, such as a listing agent, select the appropriate role from the dropdown menu. If the staff member exists within Agentbox, enter their name and click Add. If the staff member does not exist within Agentbox, enter their name, click Add New Staff, and follow the prompts to create the new staff member. Once the new listing agent is created, add them to the desired listing.

 

Resources Tab

 

The final tab is to include all Resources related to your listing.

You can start by uploading your Property Photos, then adding in your Floorplan, Documents and Links. 

 

 

 

Key functionalities:

 

Clone This Listing: Will allow you to retain information held on this Property Card and create a new listing.  It is especially useful for rental properties as you can continuously create new listings without repeating the steps above.  

Social Media: If you would like to share this listing to your Social Media pages, you can access the icons to quickly access the accounts you have already logged into and follow the prompts.

  • Once all information has been added, proceed to change the status to Available when it is ready for marketing.
  • You are then able to export the listing to your portals by selecting the portals you wish to feed into. Tip: Please be mindful when selecting the correct portals, as it will be the final step to confirm the upload to a paid subscription.   • You can also change the listing status to Exchanged, Settled or Offline by updating the status under the General tab.
