LMM - Staff Cards

Accessing Staff Cards

 

1. In My Office, click Search to access all staff cards.

 

2. Click Add to create additional staff cards.

 

 

On each individual staff card, there are multiple tabs that will show different information, such as:

 

Staff Details: You can add details about the individual staff member, and most importantly their E-mail address for their login credentials and for their Staff Profile to be displayed on your website within the Website Staff Profile field.

Staff Photos: Upload each staff’s photo adhering to the relevant requirements and customise their signature as necessary.

Access: You can provide permissions or restrict their access to the system by specifying what their permission level is, then ticking the relevant permissions. Tip: You can click on each permission to view the description of each action.

Properties: You can view all your properties.

 

Use the Sort By feature to sort the list of properties based on preference.

Use the Refine feature to specify the types of properties you would like to view. Tip: If you would like to view all your Prospect Properties, click the drop-down box under Type and select Prospect Properties.
