How to edit Letter margins
Users have the ability to specify letter margins on a per-template basis. When editing an existing letter template, the 'Configure Margins' button will enable you to define the page margins to be used when the letter is generated as a PDF or HTML/Mail Merge. If no margins are configured for an individual template, PDF and HTML/Mail Merge letters will be generated using the default settings specified within the System Configuration [Advanced] options.
Edit Margins System Configuration
*Note: Master Users Only
1. Click on My Office from the main menu.
2. Click the Edit Details button on the left panel
3. Click on the System Config. tab
4. Select System Configuration (Advanced) from the Configuration Option drop-down
5. Enter in the measurements or adjust for both PDF Letter Margins & HTML/Mail Merge Letters Margins (as a guide 1mm = 3.779528 pixels).
6. Click
Edit Margins Per Template
1.Click on the Create Letter icon at the top of the contact or property card
2. Click on the Select A Template drop-down menu at the top of the panel and choose the template you would like to modify
3. You will now be able to click an Edit button to the right of the Select a Template drop down menu
4. Click Configure Margins
5. Enter the required margins for PDF or HTML and click Apply (as a guide 1mm = 3.779528 pixels)
6. Click Save to apply the new margins to this template.
