Log Project Enquiries 



Agentbox allows you to sort through enquiries by having the functionality to log enquiries against a Project and/or an individual Listing.

Project vs. Listing Enquiries: Project enquiries are logged when a Prospective Buyer is interested in the overall Project and not just an individual listing. Eg. Someone who is interested in purchasing either a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment.  Listing enquiries are logged once a Prospective Buyer has shown interest in an individual listing. Eg. Someone is enquiring on unit number 1 which is a North facing 1 bedroom apartment.
 
*Note: This tutorial is to record enquiries against the whole Project not the individual listings within the project. To log an enquiry against a listing please click here for further instructions. 

 

 

1. Search for your Project and open the Project card

 

 

2. Click on the Log an Enquiry    icon

 

3. Search for an existing contact, or create a new contact and link to the listing card

 

 

4. Enter Enquiry Details

 

* Contact Classes if applicable

* Date and Time of enquiry

* Enquiry Type and Source (Sources can be customised by a Master User in System Configuration)

* Notify agent if applicable

 

 

5. Click Save & Close, Save & Add Another or Save & View Contact

6. This enquiry has been logged against the Project. To log an enquiry against an individual listing, simply click on the address to open the individual listing card, and select the Log an Enquiry    icon.
