CC/BCC Contacts & Staff Members
This article will walk you through using the Cc/Bcc option when emailing contacts and staff members, along with the permission rules.
Note: The Cc/Bcc feature is available on the desktop version of Agentbox and not on the mobile app.
1. When sending an email, the Cc and/or Bcc option will appear, allowing you to include additional contacts to the message being sent.
2. When sending emails through the following workflows, users can Cc and/or Bcc staff members and contacts, depending on their access permissions.

3. Through the Sales trust, Cc and/or Bcc will appear in the following areas:

- Sales Trust Receipting - https://help.agentboxcrm.com.au/receipt-into-sales-trust-account
4. The following rules apply when adding an email recipient to the Cc and/or Bcc field:

Adhering to the current permissions for viewing contacts, only contacts that the logged-in user has access to view can be viewed.

Only contacts that are status Active.

Only the contact's primary email address. Additional email addresses are excluded.

Contacts flagged as Do Not Email are excluded.

Limit of 1 recipient per ‘to’ field.

Limit of 50 recipients per ‘Cc’ field.

Limit of 50 recipients per ‘Bcc’ field.
5. The Communication history is visible to all email recipients—To, CC, and BCC—within the Communication History panel or the View Email History panel.
Note: The Communication history for emails sent from Sales Trust is not stored.
