SMS Verification


*Note: This process can only be conducted on the desktop and not the mobile app. 

 

**Note: In order to comply with regulations set by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), mobile numbers must be re-verified every 12 months. For SMS Re-verification details, Click Here, or please see the bottom of the article.

 

If you are a master user or have the permission to Manage Staff Profiles, you can start the process on the Agent's behalf. You will need to locate your staff profiles and select verify. Agents will then receive a unique code to enter on the staff card. The sms code is valid for 24 hours before expiring, at which point you will need to begin the process again. 

 

 

 

 

1. Login to the Agentbox desktop CRM. 

 

 

2. Navigate to your User Menu in the top right-hand corner of Agentbox, and then to your Profile. 

 

 

3. Under the Staff Details tab, click the Verify’ button to begin the re-verification process.  

 

 

4. You will then be sent a code (via SMS) to enter into the system that will re-verify your mobile number.  Click Save

 

 

Non Master Users

 

1. Navigate to your User Menu in the top right-hand corner of Agentbox, and then to your Profile. 

 

 

2. Within the Staff Details tab, click Verify

 

 

3.  You will then be sent a code (via SMS) to enter into the system that will re-verify your mobile number.  Click Save

 


 

SMS Re-verification



1. Navigate to your User Menu in the top right-hand corner of Agentbox, and then to your Profile. 


2. Within the Staff Details tab, click Re-Verify.

 

3. You will be sent a code (via SMS) to enter into the system that will re-verify your mobile number. Enter this code, then click Save.


You will receive a reminder email in one year when this process is required to be repeated.
