Q: How do I delete an Activity Schedule Template from Agentbox?
A: Send an email with the name of the Activity Schedule to support@agentbox.com.au.
Q: How do I bulk update my tasks?
A: Access the Tasks section, within the Outstanding tab, select the box 'No Tasks Selected' to bulk tick all tasks.

In the task view, tick the check box next to the task(s) you would like to mark complete and tick the orange Complete (tick) Action Icon at the top of the Tasks screen.
Q: How do I reassign tasks?
A: Access the Tasks section. In the task view, tick the check box next to the task(s) you would like to reassign and click on the icon Re-Assign Selected Task(s). Select the new staff member from the drop down box that you would like to assign the task to. In the second box select what action you would like to take with the current user.
Q: How do I print tasks?
A: Access the Tasks section, click on the grey 'Print Tasks' icon to print all tasks in the list. If you would like to print selected tasks only, tick the check box next to the task(s) you would like to Print and click the orange Print
Action Icon at the top of the Tasks screen.
Q: I'm trying to add an anniversary schedule to a property, however it will not let me assign an agent to the task, therefore I cannot save it. What is the issue?
A: Ensure there is an agent attached to the property in the property card. To attach an agent, access the Agents/Contacts tab in the property card and select the agent.
