You can customise the selected permission level for staff members further using the permission check-boxes. If you click on the permission title a full description will appear, alternatively, a full list of descriptions is outlined below.

Access Contact Financial Info - Allows User to view & edit the Financial Information of any Contact for which they have Edit Access.
Add Custom Contact Classes - Allows User to create their own Custom Contact Classes (categories). Only Master Users can create custom classes on behalf of the entire office.
Add Staff to Contacts - Allows User to assign other staff members to any Contact for which they have Edit access.
Archive a Contact - Allows User to archive any Contact for which they have Edit access
Bulk Update Contacts - Allows User to access the bulk contact updating tools. Only MASTER users with this permission can access the bulk contact updating tools.
Create a Contact - Allows User to create a new Contact.
Download Contact CSV - Allows User to download a list of Contacts as a CSV file. The user can include any Contact that they are able to search & view. The default limit is 1,000 contacts per file. Contact Agentbox Support to increase this.
Contact Import - Allows users to manage contact CSV imports on behalf of all users in the database.
Edit a Contact - Allows User to edit the ‘Contact Card’ of Contacts for which they are ‘Primary Owner’ or have ‘Full Access’ to.
Edit All Contacts - Allows User to edit the ‘Contact Card’ of any Contact which they are able to search & view
Edit Contact Ownership - Allows User to change the ‘Primary Owner’ of any Contact for which they have Edit access. A Contact's current 'Primary Owner' can re-assign ownership without this permission.
Edit Team Contacts - Allows User to edit the ‘Contact Card’ of a Contact assigned to a Team Member
Merge Contacts - Allows User to 'Merge with Duplicate' via Contact Status dropdown. User with this permission can merge a contact for which they have edit access into ANY other contact in the database regardless of their access to that other contact
Remove Staff from Contacts - Allows User to remove other Staff members from any other Contact for which they have Edit access.
Search & View All Contacts - Allows User to search and view all Contacts in the database regardless of assignment. Without this permission, the user will only be able to search and view Contacts assigned to themselves or Team Members.
Search & View All Office Contacts - Allows users to view all contacts that are assigned to any staff member within their associated Primary office.
*Notes:
All users that had the ‘Access Sales Trust’ permission have been granted access to both new permissions. User permissions can be adjusted via Staff Card > Access.
In a multi-office/branch configuration, 'Trust - Access All Trust Accounts' permission is also required to manage bank accounts for all offices. Without this permission, Users can only access bank accounts that belong to one of their associated Offices.
