Teams



*Note: Permissions may apply

 

By creating teams you can give staff additional contact and property sharing permissions between members such as;

 

  • View team member's Notes, Tasks, Appointments and Communication History.
  • Assign Tasks to Team Members.
  • Edit team member's Tasks (If "Edit Team Tasks’ permission assigned).
  • View team member's Contacts.
  • Edit team member's Contacts (if ‘Edit Team Contacts’ permission assigned).
  • View team member's Properties.
  • Edit team member's Properties (if 'Edit a Property' permission assigned).
  • Create Letters on behalf of team members.
  • View team member's Custom Contacts Classes.
  • View team member's Letter Templates.
  • View team member's Activity Schedule Templates.

 

Team Reporting: If you would like a Team Member to be able to report on their team or team members performance users must have Report on Behalf of Team ticked on their staff card. This permission allows the user to run Reports on behalf of all Staff Members within their Team(s).

To delete a team, you need to send a request to support. 

 

*Note: If a team member leaves or changes, teams do not remove them from the team as this will remove any history from reports. For any changes to teams where historical reporting data is required, you will need to create a new team. 

 

*Note: if an agent or admin is added to multiple teams within their staff card, the agents or admin within each team will not have the same sharing permissions.

For example: Agent Melanie has been added to multiple teams, so she can see everything under all teams setup, but agents in Team Melanie & Akash will not be able to share their data with team Melanie and Betty. However, the Agent or Admin within the team will be able to see all data (contacts, properties, tasks, etc.) attached to Melanie.
