Reapit Connect 


 

This user manual article describes how you can set up your Reapit Connect single sign on identity to log into Agentbox.

Enablement of Reapit Connect: This is a behind-the-scenes process that our development team will run.  Once it is enabled, you will receive a welcome email. 

 

 

 

 

Welcome Email 

 

1. Once Reapit Connect is enabled in an office, all active users will automatically receive a “Welcome to Reapit Connect” email. If you are a member of that office, you should receive an email similar to the one below:

 

 

2. Enter the Username and Password that was provided on the email. You will then be prompted to enter a new password. 

 

Note: The new password will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Password must contain a lower case letter
  • Password must contain an upper case letter
  • Password must contain a number 
  • Password must contain at least 8 characters
  • Passwords must match
  • Passwords must not contain a leading or trailing space

 

 

3. Select 'Sign In as'.

 

Note: If you have access to multiple Agentbox accounts, you will be able to select from the list. 

 

 

4. You will then be taken to your Agentbox dashboard. 

 

Setting up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

 

1.  Once you are logged in to Agentbox, to setup your MFA click on your username in the top right corner of the page and select Manage MFA.

 

 

2 .A new tab will open and you will be taken to the Reapit Connect Configure MFA Authenticator page where you can setup your 3rd party authenticator (i.e. Google and Microsoft Authenticator):

 

 

3. Click on Configure MFA Device to display the QR code:

 

 

4. On your smartphone, open Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator and select Scan a QR code

 

 

5. Using your device’s camera, take a picture of the QR code displayed on your computer screen.

 

6. “Reapit Connect” will be added as a new application in your authenticator app, and a 6 digit verification code will also be displayed which is updated every 60 seconds.

 

7. Type in the 6-digit code into the field as shown below (replace “123456” with your actual code):

 

 

8. Once setup, you will see the screen below indicating that MFA is successfully setup:

 

 

9. You can now close this tab and return back to Agentbox. The next time you log in to Agentbox, you will be asked to enter your verification code from your Authenticator app. Open the app on your smartphone and enter the code in the box below. 

 

 

Changing your password

 

1. To change your password, you will need to click on Forgot your password from the main login page.


Note: When using Agentbox, you must log in through the unique website address provided to you, which will look similar to https://trainingsystem4-training.agentboxcrm.com.au/admin/login. This URL is specific to your organisation and ensures secure access.
 

If you are unsure of your login URL or did not receive it, please contact our support team at support@agentbox.com.au for assistance in retrieving the correct website address for your account.

 

 

2. You will be asked to enter your username, where an email will be sent with a link to reset your password. 

 

 

3. After a few minutes, an email similar to the one below should show up in your Inbox (check your Spam / Junk folders if it doesn’t). 

 

 

4. Enter the verification code in the email on the Reapit Connect login page, along with the new password you would like to use.

 

 

5. Once your new password is saved, you will be able to log in to Agentbox as usual.

 

Removing Multi-Factor Authentication 

 

1. Navigate to your name in the top right-hand corner and select Manage MFA. 

 

 

2. A new tab will open, and you will be taken to the Configure MFA Authenticator page. Click on Reset Authenticator to remove the authenticator from your account and therefore the requirement to enter the verification code each time you log in.

 

 

MFA Administration (for Master users and users with Manage Staff Member permissions)


1. As Master or user with Manage Staff Member Permissions, you have the ability to access the Admin section of the Configure MFA Authenticator page:

 

 

2. Here you can:

  • See all users that are registered in your office
  • Search for users by their name or email
  • Filter the list to show users have have MFA Enabled or Not Configured
  • Administer an individual user to Reset their Password or MFA
  • Export the displayed list to CSV by clicking “Download CSV”

 

 

3. Additionally, if you have access to multiple Agentbox accounts, you will also be able to choose which account to administer by clicking on “ Select Organisation” as shown below:

 

 

Resetting a user's Password
 

1. To reset a user’s password if they are unable to login (e.g. their temporary password has expired), click on the three dots (…) at the right end of the user’s record to expand the view and click “Reset Password”:

 


 

Resetting a user's MFA Authentication Device


1. To reset a user’s MFA authentication device  click on the three dots (…) at the right end of the user’s record to expand the view and click “Fetch Current Authenticator”.

 

 

2. After a few seconds, the screen will update to show the authenticator details that have been setup for that user. To remove MFA, click “Reset Authenticator”:

 

 

3. The next time the user logs in, they will not be asked to enter their verification code.
