No, 2FA/MFA can be setup individually on a per-user basis and is therefore optional.
If this is your first time logging in, then you will need to use the temporary password that was provided in the Reapit Connect Welcome Email.
*Note: If you cannot find your Welcome Email, check your Spam/Junk folders for an email from the address “connect@au.rc.reapit.cloud” and “Welcome to Reapit Connect” in the subject line.
If you have previously logged in successfully, then you will need to reset your password by selecting the “Forgot your password” option from the Reapit Connect login screen and following the steps from there.

To remove MFA from your user profile, you will first need to log in to Agentbox with your password and MFA verification code.
Then, navigate to “Manage MFA” under your user profile in the top right corner to open the Configure MFA Authenticator page.
From there, you can select the “Reset Authenticator” option to remove MFA from your profile:

You will need to request a user with Master or Manage Staff Permissions level permission in Agentbox to remove MFA on your behalf.
A Master or user with Manage Staff Permission permissions will also have access to Reapit Connect Admin area where they are able to see all users that have MFA enabled and reset their authenticators to remove MFA.
In the unfortunate circumstance that you happen to be the only Master user and are unable to log in to Agentbox, our Support team can remove MFA on your behalf, so please contact us.

Yes, if you need to log in to the Agentbox Mobile App on Apple or Android phones, you will be asked to enter your authenticator’s verification code after you enter your password, just as you would if you were logging into the Agentbox CRM on your desktop.
7. Will I stay logged in to the Agentbox Mobile App for 30 days before I am required to login again?
Yes, current behaviour does not change. If you have previously logged into the Agentbox Mobile App, you will stay logged for up to 30 days.
This can happen on rare occasions and will require you to clear your browser cache, cookies and restart your browser to resolve this.
9. It has been over 30 days since I received the Reapit Connect Welcome email and I did not log in to Agentbox to create my new password within that period. Now I cannot log in using the temporary password, and when I try to reset it I get an error. What do I do?

The temporary password provided in the Welcome Email expires after 30 days. If you did not create a new password within that period, a new temporary password will need to be issued to you.
A Master or user with Manage Staff Member permissions in Agentbox can reset your password for you (see below).
Once they have done so, you will receive a “Forgot your password” email which will contain a new temporary password. You can use that to login to Agentbox and when prompted you can change your password to one that you prefer.
